WP-360 | Web Digital Printing, Inspection and Tracking

Description

The WP360 is a complete web personalizing system including camera inspection and defect removal / flagging.  The UV cured ink will adhere to any surface regardless of the porosity at 600 DPI with speeds up to 500 feet per minute.  The print is inspected by a high-resolution line scan camera for defect detection and grading. Delta-X tracks the defects until they are ready to be removed or flagged.  Additional device inputs can be monitored to integrate existing in-line equipment into a single quality assurance system including: roll splicing, print quality, foil stamping and RFID tagging.
