The OVC-500 uses fanfold corrugated along with 3D image capture to create on demand fit-to-size box packaging for a diverse product mix at the lowest possible cost. The built in tape unit, inline scale and print and apply labeling system provide all the requirements for a fully integrated fulfillment and packaging system. This efficient packaging solution allows up to 20% less corrugated material, up to an 88% reduction in packaing labor and 50% redcution in shipping volume, and up to a 32% decrease in shipping and DIM weight costs. Fully automating the fulfillment and packaging solution ensures shipment integrity and the perfect fit-to-size parcel at the lowest possible cost.
