IIA-175 | Inline Insert Affixing System

Description

The IIA-175 is the most effective way to combine multiple pre-folded Pharmaceutical Inserts or outserts together in a variable count stack.  The system comes in two standard configurations: in-line and hybrid.  The system enploys Pack-Smart’s  RP500 Series Rotary Pick and Place feeders which affixes the multiple inserters together at speeds up to 13,000 products per hour. The system is equipped with barcode verification module couple with reject bin to ensure inadequate or incorrect sets are rejected. Optionally, the IIA-175 can be fitted with auto-loaders for contnual operation without operator intervention.
