Description

The FG-800 is designed to give the tools and flexibility needed to explore new manufacturing opportunities in the folding carton and specialty finishing world. The alignment of cartons is handled by a state of the art registration module, which employs innovative servo technology making setups swift and effortless. The line is equipped with exceptionally flexible inline folding modules allowing for maximum flexibility and quick make readies for different carton packages. The system is equipped with hot and cold glue technology that is installed with flexible mounting attachments, which are movable within the gluer. For fast and precise feeding and affixing of package components, system is equipped with high speed Rotary Pick and Place Feeders, allowing to gently affix an endless range of corrugated, rigid and oddly shaped items. 

By combining folding, gluing, affixing, personalization and sorting capabilities in a single pass, FG-800 create unique and exciting folding cartons using multi-substrate based products.
