FG-500 | Specialty Carton Folding and Finishing

Description

FG-500 system manages carton kitting, gluing, folding and personalization with inline high-accuracy affixing of +-0.4mm, 600 DPI printing and quality assurance capabilities. All components are first affixed to a flat carton carrier with fugitive glue. The carton has secure glue applied before the front, back and sides are folded and compressed. The secure package is personalized with a DOD barcode to allow SKU tracking. Printed data, component placement and defects, are validated with cameras in real-time and governed via Delta-X software controller, ensuring 100% finished product conformity. System has an inline reject station, for non-conforming finished packages, which allows rejecting from the production without stopping the machine.
