Description

The Pack- Smart CartonCheck solution uses a high-resolution line-scan camera to continuously acquire images at speeds up to 30,000 cartons per hour. A high-performance control system reviews the images and identifies and verifies all print, embossing and foil on each carton automatically. Copy, graphics, color variations, personalized variable data, and 1D and 2D codes are checked on 100% of the printed die-cut carton blanks.

Pack-Smart CartonCheck recognizes with high precision all typical defects such as color nonconformities, misregisters, streaks, contamination, burst-in or missing characters, hickies or low-quality codes. By executing an initial validation against the approved golden master or PDF, it provides dependable content verification in any language and prevents batch mix-ups. By monitoring 100% of printed carton blanks, it ensures that quality and color consistency is maintained through the entire job.
